HISTORY
Rodgers & Company began constructing residential and irrigation water wells in Albuquerque’s South Valley in 1946. Since that time, the company has installed and maintained thousands of wells and has developed a reputation as a service-oriented company that makes customer satisfaction a top priority. With a staff of approximately 40 full time employees— many with a decade or more of tenure, Rodgers & Company has a staff of highly experienced personnel able to solve almost any water supply problem. To date, the company has installed more than 30,000 wells for all types of customers.

COMMUNITY SERVICE
Rodgers & Company has been long time supporters of ARCA, El Ranchito de los Niños, Manzano Day School, Noon Day Ministries and other non-profit organizations in the area. We believe in giving back to the community by supporting these organizations that contribute to benefit the growth and development of our youth as well as adults in New Mexico.

MANAGEMENT TEAM

CLARENCE RODGERS, President
(Below on left)

Clarence is second generation contractor possessing more than 50 years of
experience in the water well industry.
He is recognized as a Master Ground Water Contractor by the National Ground Water Association and has an extensive catalog of knowledge about water wells and pumps.


JEFF WATSON, Vice President

Jeff has worked in the ground water field for 25 years. He initially worked in the consulting field, and for the past 8 years has worked as a ground water drilling contractor with Rodgers & Company.


TROY RICHARDSON, Project Manager

Troy started with Rodgers & Company in 2002 as a rig operator and has progressed to a project manager and company officer.
